Who is behind this

Built by someone who needs it.

Hi, I’m Martin Breitsprecher. As an independent consultant I help companies across Europe with AI strategy and implementation. Weekado is my own tool: developed in Germany, used every single day, and run as a serious product.

For years I searched for the right task manager and tried pretty much every one out there. I never quite found it, so I built my own: the simplicity of a weekly planner like TeuxDeux, the power of Todoist, and everything AI makes possible, combined in an open, secure and elegant way.

How much does Weekado cost?

You can try Weekado free for 7 days. After that, it’s €5 a month or €50 a year.

What is MCP?

The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets AI apps operate tools. Weekado ships its own MCP server: connect ChatGPT, Claude or your own agent once via sign-in, after that they can read and write your week.

What can the AI actually do?

Create, move and complete tasks and appointments, summarize your week, set day notes, import calendars, all through the Weekado tools, always inside your account. The built-in assistant is included; you can also use your own API key or connect external AI apps via MCP.

Does Weekado work offline?

Yes, fully. Everything lives locally on your device first (local-first); once you are online, sync quietly reconciles all devices.

Where does my data live?

On your device first. Sync runs encrypted to servers in Germany and the EU. Weekado keeps automatic snapshots, and you can export everything anytime (JSON, CSV). This website uses no cookies and no trackers.

Which devices does Weekado run on?

As a native app on iPhone, iPad and Mac, and everywhere else in the browser at app.weekado.com.
