You can try Weekado free for 14 days, with everything unlocked. After that it’s €100 a year (that’s €8.33 a month) or €15 month to month, VAT included. The built-in AI, dictation included, is part of the price.

Press ⇧⌘D on the Mac, or hold the middle button on the phone or the assistant button on the iPad, and just talk. Your words are transcribed live and turned into a task list while you speak: days, lists, deadlines and areas included, and corrections like “actually, make that Thursday” just work. Nothing is saved until you add the list. Dictation uses the AI built into Weekado and needs a connection; it creates tasks, not appointments.

Yes. On the iPad, Weekado is a touch desktop: the full week, long-press menus right at your finger, Magic Plus to drop a new task exactly where it belongs, hold the assistant button to dictate, and a day count that remembers upright and landscape separately.

Almost entirely. ⌘K is a command palette for search, dates and commands; arrows move through rows and days; T, M and 1 to 5 move a selection to today, tomorrow or a list; ⌘Z undoes. Settings lists every shortcut.

Whatever you hand it. Set a task’s Who to Agent and add why it matters, when it’s done and what it needs. Your agent (Claude, ChatGPT or your own, connected via MCP) works through those tasks on its own schedule: it leaves a cheat sheet with the next step, drafts and a checklist, ticks off steps, prepares your appointments and suggests tasks it found in your email or meeting notes. Settings → Connect an agent has the address and a ready-made instruction.

Only after your OK. Weekado gives every connected agent the same house rule: anything that leaves a trace outside (sending, booking, buying, paying, deleting) is written down first and waits. The task shows “waiting for your OK”; approve with one click, or take it over yourself. Weekado itself never reads your email; your agent uses the access you gave it.

The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets AI apps operate tools. Weekado ships its own MCP server: connect ChatGPT, Claude or your own agent once via sign-in, after that they can read and write your week.

Two kinds of help. The built-in assistant is for capture: dictation, chat and photos become tasks and appointments, and it plans, moves and checks things off when you ask. It’s included, or runs on your own API key. Connected agents do the legwork: preparing tasks, briefing meetings, suggesting what you forgot. Everything happens inside your account.

For the core, yes. Viewing, adding, moving and completing tasks and lists all work fully offline: everything lives on your device first (local-first) and syncs quietly once you are back online. Sync itself, the hosted AI assistant and external AI agents via MCP need a connection.

On your device first. Sync runs encrypted to servers in Germany and the EU. Weekado keeps automatic snapshots, and you can export everything anytime (JSON, CSV). This website uses no cookies and no trackers.

Weekado is a web app (app.weekado.com) that runs on every device and can be installed as a PWA. It is currently in a closed test phase; the public launch follows. Native apps for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Android and Windows are in preparation.

Against the inbox you live in, yes. Weekado’s inbox is the opposite: a quick spot to catch a thought (⌘I, or a system-wide hotkey on the desktop) so it’s out of your head; then you triage it onto a day or into a list when you plan. It’s meant to stay near-empty, not become a pile.
