Appointments

Tasks and appointments in one day.

An appointment is a task with a time, it sits at its hour among your to-dos in the day. A start and optional end time; multiple appointments stay in chronological order automatically. The back side holds notes, and the area colors it like everything else.

Areas

Areas you define yourself.

Create as many areas as your life has, work, clients, personal, finance, learning. Each gets a color and a short #tag. Type “#c” while adding and the task lands in the right area; the colored dot tells you instantly what it belongs to.
