Cancel your contract here

On this page you can cancel your Weekado subscription (Section 312k of the German Civil Code, BGB). Enter the e-mail address of your account, choose the type of cancellation and click "Cancel now". You will receive an immediate confirmation on this page and an additional confirmation by e-mail. An ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; until then you can keep using Weekado as usual.

Subscribed via the App Store or Google Play?

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are managed by the respective store and can only be cancelled there:

Cancel a subscription in the Apple App Store (Apple's guide)
Cancel a subscription on Google Play (Google's guide)

Alternatively, you can declare your cancellation informally at any time by e-mail to support@weekado.com. Further information is available in the Terms of Service and the withdrawal notice.
