Plan calmly. Work the day. Review weekly.

Weekado keeps the surface calm and does the heavy lifting underneath. Used with a little rhythm, it carries your whole week. This is the practice it’s built around.

  1. 01

    Create areas for your life

    Work, clients, personal, finance: one area per sphere, each with a colour and a #tag. Everything you add later belongs somewhere at a glance.

  2. 02

    Capture everything, without a date

    New things land in the five sections of their area: PRIO, NEXT, LATER, WAITING, SOMEDAY. Capture is fast and nothing gets lost, because nothing needs a day yet.

  3. 03

    Plan the week, guided

    Sunday evening or Monday morning, Weekado invites you: clear up leftovers, empty the inbox, then lay Prio and Next out onto the days while you see how full each day is. Be realistic: a day holds three to five real tasks.

  4. 04

    Give each day a focus

    One line above each day names its focus, like “Q2 close” or “Moving day”, and a small stamp finds itself. It keeps decisions easy when new things come in. Mark the day’s most important task with a star.

  5. 05

    Work the day from top to bottom

    The day list is your working order, not a wish list. Appointments sit between tasks at their time; drag tasks around them so the order always tells you what is next.

  6. 06

    Go deep with focus rounds

    For the most important task, enter focus mode: one task, a timer of 25, 50 or 90 minutes that ends before your next appointment, nothing else. A stray thought? Park it in the inbox and stay in the flow.

  7. 07

    Pull leftovers forward, deliberately

    Unfinished tasks do not nag, they wait. The overdue banner brings them into today with one click, when you decide so.

  8. 08

    Review the week on Friday

    Ten minutes: check off, move what is left, skim SOMEDAY for what has become relevant. The next Monday starts on a clean board.

  9. 09

    Let your agents do the legwork

    Dictation turns a ramble into a sorted task list. Hand the rest to your agent with a line on why, when it’s done and what it needs, and you’ll find it prepared, with anything that goes out waiting for your OK. You decide, it does the legwork.
